The summer heat and lack of rain continued right into Farm Progress Show this year. Were any of us surprised? What did we expect with the record setting year of high temperatures and drought across the country? As the nation’s largest outdoor farm show took stage August 28-30 the mercury in the thermometer steadily rose.
It was nothing for 5,000 attendees to brave the heat and humidity – after all they have been all season. As growers stopped by the StollerUSA booth in the VIT tent everyone was anxious to start planning for 2013. Many were already harvesting as the season will be ending earlier than anyone had planned.
The topic on everyone’s mind this year? STRESS.
What better way to prepare for stress than with Stoller’s plant performance products like Bio-Forge, X-Cyte & other stress reducing products? Attendees were able to see how these products work first hand as corn and soybean plants were on display from Iowa, Illinois, Kansas and Arkansas. All plants were healthy, and a healthy plant means a strong yield resulting in a robust ROI.
Progressive growers, sales representatives and research experts were available at the booth to share their successes, challenges and knowledge of Stoller products. Growers from Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Nebraska and Texas explained how Stoller products helped during their difficult growing season.

As the show ends and we all begin to wrap up another successful show it’s evident – the 2012 growing season will be one for the record books.
