Meet our latest Progressive Grower!

StollerUSA welcomes Mike Gaul from Strawberry Point, IA to our growing list of Progressive Growers.

Mike Gaul, Corn & Soybean Grower from Northeastern Iowa

Mike farms with his family in Northeastern Iowa. An agronomist by trade, he sees plants at a whole new level. Wanting to push the yield barrier Mike turned to his StollerUSA sales rep for Bio-Forge and other plant performance products to help surpass the rut of the usual yields. In 2012 the drought set in and crops nationwide took a hit. His non-irrigated fields should have turned yellow early like most of his neighbors, but instead he saw increased pods, ears filled top to bottom and plants growing right up to harvest.

This Week In AgriBusiness – Wrapping Up Farm Progress Show

Top Gun Conference – StollerUSA’s Bio-Forge Produces 8 bu/acre increases on Security Seed Test Plots

Growers from Kentucky, Indiana & Tennessee joined StollerUSA and Security Seed research experts at this year’s Top Gun Conference held by Security Seed & Chemical. Research presented by Dr. Ron Heiniger showed up to 8 bu/acre increases with Bio-Forge and other Stoller technology.

Each year Security Seed invites customers to this seminar in order to discuss the previous growing season and share new ideas for the next year. Research from Security Seed’s own test plots as well as outside research like StollerUSA is presented to help growers plan for the upcoming season and to learn about the latest technology available.

This year Dr. Ron Heiniger from NCSU presented data on Stoller and Security Seed products. Results with Bio-Forge, Bio-Forge ST and other products from StollerUSA all showed yield increases on Security Seed plots.
