Bio-Forge ST Helps Plants Survive Stress Conditions

The last six months have been less than ideal for crop conditions between the harsh winter, cold temperatures and nonstop precipitation. Through all this StollerUSA continues to see positive results – even under stress conditions.

The photo below compares wheat that was treated with Bio-Forge ST in Nebraska. The plant on the left was seed treated at 2 oz/cwt and planted last fall. It is evident that the treated plant is taller, greener and produced larger roots for maximum nutrient uptake. This healthier plant is now equipped to withstand more stress throughout summer and produce higher yields this fall.

Arkansas Grower Survives Drought & Herbicide Damage with Bio-Forge

Billy Tripp was told to plow up his herbicide damaged field in 2011. Instead, he tried something new, StollerUSA’s Bio-Forge. Within the first few days Billy saw plants turn green and start to grow. As the season progressed he realized there would be a crop to harvest. It made him a believer.

Then there was 2012. Everyone knows the story there. One of the worst droughts this country has seen in more than 40 years. Billy quickly saw neighboring fields dry up, turn yellow and stop growing. Everyone was pushing as much water as they could through their irrigation systems, but even that wasn’t enough. Learning from 2011, Billy knew his fields would survive the drought. After all, he put StollerUSA products on every acre.

When harvest rolled around last fall he was anxious to read the yield monitor – unlike most of his neighbors. The result? A yield of 290 bu/acre!

Commodity Classic Success

All the hard work, planning and preparation proved to be a success for StollerUSA as Commodity Classic comes to a close.

The Learning Session Thursday morning featuring Progressive Growers: Dave Hula, Bob Little and Kip Cullers was a huge success filling the room and forcing the workers to bring out more chairs allowing for standing room only by the time we were finished.

Following the Learning Session the StollerUSA crew headed straight to the trade show floor where booth activity was buzzing with attendees wanting to learn more and sign up for the Bio-Forge giveaway. Throughout the week StollerUSA hosted grower interviews allowing everyone to hear success stories firsthand from growers using Bio-Forge and other Stoller technology.

Another year and another successful show. Stay tuned as Stoller continues the trek across the country visiting growers, attending shows and sharing information!
