The weather was perfect. The crops were healthy. This set the stage for a successful Bio-Forge® Field Day held in the Amana Colonies in Central Iowa this week.
Growers, dealers and retailers attended this one day event to learn more about StollerUSA, Bio-Forge and other StollerUSA products. Special guest, Ross Bender, University of Illinois, Department of Crop Sciences, Graduate Research Assistant (PhD) presented his findings on plant health and Director of BioScience, Dr. Ron Salzman explained how Stoller technology works to manage plant hormones to maximize genetic expression.
After listening to guest speakers, attendees headed to the fields where they toured corn and soybean fields on some of Amana Farms 8,000 acres. While in the field they listened to sales representatives and lead research personnel as they explained what was applied, how it was applied and most importantly, how Stoller technology helps farmers minimize stress and maximize grower’s bottom line.
The talk throughout the event included low rate, multiple applications of Bio-Forge to maintain plant health from start to finish.
Check back as we continue to provide updates from field days, grower visits and Farm Progress Show.
